How many people will your space hold?
The capacity for our lounge area is 50 - 75 people. (ADD talk about furniture not moving, lounging - not sit down.)
What is required to book the space?
Once you’ve decided on a date and what space you’d like reserve we will draft an Event Agreement and send it your way. You will fill that out and send it back to us. We also require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The remaining amount is due 5 days before your event.
Can I bring in my own caterer?
Absolutely! We want your event to be exactly what you envision. But if you need help, we do have a list of preferred vendors we would love to send your way.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes. We do not allow cash bars - alcohol cannot be sold on site. A licensed bartender and security on site is required for the duration of your event. For full details regarding our event policy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long can my event last?
Your event can be as long as you rent the space for. However, we do have a time restriction due to city ordinances. All music must be turned down at 10:00pm and all events must be finished by midnight.
